The Baltimore Free Market is available to adults 18+. Youth under 18 should request any items needed through an adult in the household. 

No. Memberships are granted to households. Exceptions can be made for college students. Proof of enrollment may be required. 

Free Market Baltimore is only available to Baltimore City Residents. Residents must provide proof city residence to access items from the Marketplace. 

No. Each request must be reviewed and confirmed. Some items may be damaged or unavailable at the time of pick-up. 

This program is designed to help people meet their basic needs and the basic needs of their households. For that reason, it's important that members only select items that can benefit themselves or household members. Orders are limited to a maximum of 5 items per order.

Some items are new. Most of returns, which means they may have been opened. All items are inspected for quality before being made available to our members.

Some items are limited to ensure that there is equal access to critically needed items. 

Each household may request items once every quarter, or once every three months. This ensures that there is equal access to CRC goods. Any orders placed by the same household within a 90 day period will be cancelled.
